I’m writing to thank you for taking us on as clients and for making arrangements with Kim to cover our four unusual pets. I want to give the highest of commendations on Kim’s behalf. She did a fantastic, thorough job in our absence. She obviously made good friends with the cat and bird for they seemed happy and settled upon our arrival. Kim likely shared with you that Scroogie laid two eggs while we were absent. She had not laid an egg in over a decade. The fact that she did not go down and destroy it is a huge sign that she felt safe and comfortable with Kim.

Kim texted Chris and I with news from the home front and some very appreciated pics. We felt so relieved to hear from Kim and to know that not only were the pets content, but that Kim was enjoying her experience. Pets know when someone likes them as you well know from all your seasoned care taking. Kim likely spoke to them in a charming and calm way and in response Moggie the cat was her shadow when she visited, and Scroogie got to know her.

We can’t thank you for finding such an awesome caretaker here in the Newport area. We will definitely call upon you to set up care with Kim again and again in the future!
